In July 2017, Becky Frankiewicz joined ManpowerGroup as the President of ManpowerGroup North America. She brings high energy and passion, coupled with strong P&L experience from a large and complex global business.

Prior to ManpowerGroup, she led one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries, Quaker Foods North America. In that role she was responsible for the $2.6B business, leading all functions, sales and manufacturing. Under her leadership, Quaker Foods delivered impressive growth as she led the transformation of that brand to be known as America’s ‘best start to everyday’. She was also named by Fast Company as one of the most creative people in the industry, anticipating and adapting to fast changing consumer demands.

In January 2020, Frankiewicz was appointed as a Board of Director for Energizer Holdings, Inc. Prior to her success leading Quaker Foods, Becky held a variety of senior leadership roles at PepsiCo across the portfolio of brands and a variety of countries. Her experience in these roles, which included leading Innovation, Finance, Strategy, Sales and Marketing across the PepsiCo portfolio, positions her well to lead ManpowerGroup’s strong and connected brands -- Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Becky worked in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen Consulting. She began her career at Procter and Gamble. She is a passionate team builder and people developer. Becky has a great educational track record, attaining top marks at the University of Texas, where she earned an MBA in finance, and a BA in Marketing. She has also completed executive training at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Becky is dedicated to her family, health and helping others succeed. She currently lives in Chicago with her three daughters Parker, Payton and Piper. She starts each day with a morning workout and recently completed her second marathon.

Monica Flores

Regional President, Latin America

Monica Flores was named Regional President of ManpowerGroup Latin America in January 2013 and is responsible for the company’s operation across 18 countries. Since joining ManpowerGroup in 1994, she has held a variety of positions across the organization including Managing Director for the Mexico & Central America region from 2007 to 2012.

She is a passionate advocate for diversity and developing impactful alliances amongst governments, civil organizations and private enterprises to close the gap between the supply and demand of talent in Latin America. Flores is President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico and a member of the Board of several universities, public institutions and private organizations. In addition, she is the President of the ManpowerGroup Foundation and Counselor of the STEM movement. She is the author of How to Find Your First Job, a guide to help young people begin and develop meaningful and sustainable careers.

Flores has been named one of the most powerful business women in Latin America and one of the ten main promoters of diversity. She has been recognized by the Mexican Senate as a “2011 Distinguished Woman” and in 2016 was named “Outstanding Businesswoman of the Year in Mexico and Latin America” by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.

Flores graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a Diploma in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture. She lives in Mexico City.

Richard Buchband

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Richard Buchband is ManpowerGroup’s Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Richard is responsible for all legal strategy and support to the organization, serving as principal counsel to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. He also serves as corporate secretary. 

A seasoned corporate lawyer and executive with deep in-house experience with public company issues, Richard has valuable strategic and leadership experience and is recognized for his work on corporate governance and disclosure. He previously served as Partner and Associate General Counsel for Accenture plc, a $28 billion consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, Richard worked for investment firm D. E. Shaw & Company in New York, and as general counsel of its portfolio company, Juno Online Services. He also served as senior corporate counsel for global travel company Orbitz and as an independent legal consultant. Richard was invited to the Listed Company Advisory Board of the New York Stock Exchange in April 2015, and joined the Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Art Museum in December 2014. He earned an AB degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a JD from Columbia Law School. Married with two daughters, Richard lives in the Milwaukee area.  

Michelle Nettles

Chief People and Culture Officer

Michelle Nettles joined ManpowerGroup as Chief People and Culture Officer responsible for global HR, culture and diversity in July 2019. Nettles brings proven global leadership and a passion for unlocking people’s potential together with business vision and vast consumer experience. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Nettles was Chief People and Diversity Officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company where she spent 20 years in various leadership positions across all aspects of human resources including executive compensation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, labor relations and succession planning. 

Nettles holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. She serves on the Board of HR People + Strategy, Thurgood Marshall College Fund in Washington D.C. and is the Board Chair for Milwaukee Collegiate Academy. Nettles resides with her husband in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Riccardo Barberis

Regional President, Northern Europe

Riccardo Barberis was appointed Regional President, Northern Europe in May 2021. In this role, Barberis oversees all of ManpowerGroup's brands and offerings across the region – Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. Barberis will lay the path to further accelerate ManpowerGroup’s diversification, digitization and innovation plans, creating even more value for clients and candidates and strengthening our performance in the region.

Barberis joined ManpowerGroup in 1998 and has held numerous leadership positions in Europe and Latin America, most recently as country manager for ManpowerGroup Italy. With 25 years of experience including many international roles his deep industry knowledge and passion for a client-first, candidate-centric approach consistently delivers superior results.

Barberis holds an Executive MBA at Bocconi University (Milan), has accomplished management programs at INSEAD and speaks five languages. He currently serves as Board Member of Junior Achievement, Vice President of the Italian Industry Association, Assolavaro and President of ManpowerGroup's Human Age Institute. Barberis lives with his wife and three children in Milan.

April Dunn

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

April Dunn joined ManpowerGroup as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer in May 2017. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Dunn spent over twenty years at GE progressing to leadership roles in global marketing & strategy most recently as CMO of Global Services for GE Healthcare.  In this role, she launched digital services to enable healthcare clients to realize better clinical, operational and financial outcomes.  Dunn was also responsible for leading Customer First, a company-wide customer experience program to improve client satisfaction.

Dunn holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.  She is passionate about giving back to the community and currently serves on the Boards of the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and the Metro Milwaukee chapter of the American Heart Association.

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic joined ManpowerGroup in 2018 as Chief Talent Scientist, responsible for leading the Center of Excellence for Assessment and Analytics, developing data-driven solutions and insight to create new value for clients and candidates by driving predictable performance. 

Ruth Harper

Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer

As Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, Ruth Harper leads all aspects of Strategic Global Communications, Sustainability and Public Affairs across ManpowerGroup’s 75+ countries and family of brands – Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. She is responsible for ESG Strategy, execution of ManpowerGroup’s Working to Change the World Plan and the company’s commitments across all stakeholders.

Harper previously led Public Affairs, CSR and Communications in Europe representing the industry to advise government and business on the European labor market before being appointed Director Global Strategic Communications in 2015 and VP in 2017.

Harper is a sought-after expert on skills transformation, the future of work and for workers, and represents ManpowerGroup at the World Employment Confederation and World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Jobs and Skills and regularly participates in their Community for ESG Practitioners, Climate Leaders and Diversity and Inclusion Officers.

Harper lives with her husband and two sons in Milwaukee and serves on the Board of Discovery World.

Randy Herold

Chief Information Security and Chief Privacy Officer

Randy Herold joined ManpowerGroup in 2018 and is Chief Information Security and Chief Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing ManpowerGroup’s Information Security and Privacy efforts globally. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup Herold held technology leadership roles with PHH, Chubb/ACE Group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nielsen/Arbitron and multiple government defense contractors. He has received various technology related certifications and is a member of numerous security and technology professional organizations.

Herold holds a degree in Computer Science and has over 25 years of information technology experience within the public and private sectors, the last 20 of which have been focused on information security, privacy, data protection, risk management and compliance. Herold is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children.

François Lançon

Regional President, Asia Pacific and Middle East

François Lançon joined ManpowerGroup in January 2019 as Regional President of Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME), overseeing all ManpowerGroup’s strong and connected brands and offerings across the region – Manpower, Experis, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions.

Lançon is passionate about building successful organizations with the right blend of people, skills, processes and technology in a rapidly evolving digital market. He is a champion for diversity and inclusion, evidenced through his drive to achieve Best Place to Work (JAPAC) and his role as executive sponsor of women’s leadership programs.

Lançon joined ManpowerGroup from Oracle where he led the APAC business, responsible for growth, performance and profitability across 25 countries. Prior to his position at Oracle, Lançon held senior regional leadership positions at SAP, Nortel / Avaya and Convergys, accelerating transformation and growing market share in Europe, North America and Asia. He began his career at IBM in France as a software engineer and held multiple leadership and sales positions in France and the U.S. in his ten years with the company.

Lançon has degrees in both engineering and computer science from École Polytechnique and École Supérieure d’Électricité and lives in Singapore.

Donald Mondano

Senior Vice President, Global Controller & Treasurer

Donald Mondano joined ManpowerGroup in August 2018 as Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Treasurer and serves as ManpowerGroup’s Principal Accounting Officer.

Previously, Mondano was Vice President – Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Kellogg, a global leader in the package food space in Michigan, U.S.. Prior to Kellogg, he was Vice President - Finance and Corporate Controller at The Manitowoc Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing in products for global food service and construction industries. In this role, Mondano was responsible for the enterprise reporting and accounting function, enterprise FP&A and the overall finance function of one of the two business segments, a $1.5B cranes segment.

Prior to The Manitowoc Company, Mondano spent more than 11 years with global accounting services firm PwC, in the Philippines, the U.K. and the U.S. He previously held positions in Phillips Semiconductors and The Bank of the Philippine Islands, as a cost accountant and commercial lender, respectively.

Mondano earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of San Carlos in his native country of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and the Philippines.

Ganesh Ramakrishnan

Chief Information Officer

Ganesh Ramakrishnan was appointed ManpowerGroup’s Chief Technology Officer in January 2015.  With his vast experience across multiple geographies and collaborative mindset, Ramakrishnan leads the execution and evolution of ManpowerGroup’s technology roadmap.

Ramakrishnan joined ManpowerGroup from Citigroup where he was most recently Managing Director, Head of Business Programs and Decision Management for the EMEA Consumer business segment. He also led the customer analytics practice in EMEA, setting up a center of excellence in Warsaw, and managed several complex IT operations such as application development, infrastructure management, security and governance. Ramakrishnan has established and run shared services organizations in emerging markets and multi-geography software assurance teams.

Ramakrishnan is a British citizen with a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management. He is also a published author and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, including London Business School.

Alain Roumilhac

Regional President, France

Alain Roumilhac was appointed Regional President of ManpowerGroup France, ManpowerGroup’s largest operation, in 2012. He leads all ManpowerGroup’s French business across Manpower, Experis, FuturSkill, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions.

Roumilhac joined ManpowerGroup in May 2011 as Managing Director, Experis & ManpowerGroup Solutions for Southern Europe. His experience was key in helping accelerate the execution of the differentiation and diversification strategy in the region.

He graduated as an Engineer from the French Arts et Métiers School and began his career with IBM France in 1984 in sales and management positions. Roumilhac joined IBM Global Services in 1995 and held positions including Vice President of the Infrastructure Services & Maintenance Division for Western Europe and Vice President of IBM Global Services France, responsible for Technology service business lines.

Roumilhac is passionate about skills development, labor market policy and developing tomorrow’s talent.  He is a regular spokesperson in the media and at leading business events including the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and Viva Tech, the world’s leading Tech Conference. He is actively engaged in Tech for Good, a multi-sector initiative to build a diverse and educated pipeline of tech talent in France. Roumilhac is a member of the Medef (the French Business Movement) and the Board of Prism’emploi (the French Business Federation of Staffing Firms). He lives in Paris with his family.

Stefano Scabbio

President Southern Europe at ManpowerGroup and Talent Solutions Global Brand Leader

Stefano Scabbio is President Southern Europe at ManpowerGroup and Talent Solutions Global Brand Leader, responsible for accelerating growth and driving next generation innovation across the region.

Scabbio is passionate about helping people become more employable and developing in-demand skills while connecting business with the talent they need to succeed. He is President of Assolavoro, the Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies and regularly leads discussions on workforce strategy, skills development and upskilling people in Europe for the Digital Age including at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and in media including the Financial Times, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Scabbio is the author of books including: Genesis reform: the new labor market in Italy (2012), The Formula: Institutions, economy and society (2010), and Work in Progress (2008). Scabbio joined ManpowerGroup in 2003 as Finance Director of Italy. He was appointed Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Italy in 2006 and named President in 2007.

Frits Scholte

SVP, Global Head of Sales at ManpowerGroup

With more than 30 years of experience in the employment services industry, Frits Scholte leads ManpowerGroup’s Global Sales team and is responsible for the ManpowerGroup Global Sales organization and for developing the Global Sales Academy, launched in 2021.

Initially joining ManpowerGroup in 2008 as the Commercial Manager of ManpowerGroup The Netherlands, responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and new service concepts, Frits would later become the Managing Director of The Netherlands while also leading operations for ManpowerGroup Germany.

In 2015, Frits stepped into the role of Vice President Sales & Marketing for ManpowerGroup in Europe, responsible for all commercial performance in Europe while overseeing the management of Global Accounts.

Outside of ManpowerGroup, Frits serves on the advisory board of JINC, the Dutch organization dedicated to the interests of children with a disadvantage to the labor market and is also a board member of Junior Achievement Europe, Europe's largest non-profit provider of education programs for entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy.

Frits started his career in the employment services industry in 1990 and he holds a Master Degree in Marketing from Tilburg University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby.

Gina Boswell

Former President US Customer Development, Unilever 

Ms. Boswell currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee. Prior to her retirement from Unilever in September 2019, as President US Customer Development, Ms. Boswell led the multi-billion dollar revenue delivery across all categories for Unilever USA. Previously, she ran Unilever’s UK & Ireland business, its fourth largest market, and before that was Executive Vice President, Personal Care, North America. Ms. Boswell joined Unilever in 2011 following the acquisition of the Alberto Culver Company, where she was President of Global Brands. In 2004, she was Chief Operating Officer, North America of Avon Products, Inc., and previously held senior positions with Ford Motor Company and Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. Ms. Boswell also serves on the board of directors of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. and is a past board member of Applebee’s International, Inc. She is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and currently President of Yale University Council. Ms. Boswell has been named a “Director to Watch” from Directors & Boards, and “Most Influential Corporate Director” by Women Inc.

Jean-Philippe Courtois

Mr. Courtois currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Jean-Philippe Courtois joined Microsoft in 1984 and has held numerous leadership positions including President of Microsoft International; Chief Executive Officer Microsoft EMEA; Corporate Vice President Worldwide Customer Marketing; and Executive Vice President and President, Global Sales, Marketing and Operations. In his current role, Courtois is responsible for accelerating Microsoft’s global investment in datacenters, enabling governments, citizens and businesses to leverage Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure network. Courtois is also co-founder of the foundation "Live for Good," Chair of the Board for SKEMA Business School, Board Member of Positive Planet, and has served as Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Digital Divide Initiative Task Force. Courtois previously served on the Board of Directors for AstraZeneca.

William Downe

Mr. Downe currently serves as Lead Director and a member of the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. He is the retired CEO of BMO Financial Group, a bank founded in 1817 that today serves 11 million personal, commercial, corporate and institutional customers in North America and internationally. Mr. Downe held the role of Chief Operating Officer prior to being appointed CEO in 2007 and has held a variety of senior management positions in the U.S. since joining the company in 1983. He is a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mayor of Beijing, and the International Advisory Council of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Mr. Downe is on the Board of Trustees of the Rush University Medical Center and a member of the Board's Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Downe is a director of Loblaw Companies Limited. He is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and Past President of the Federal Reserve Board's Federal Advisory Council.

John Ferraro

Mr. Ferraro currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Ferraro previously served as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Ernst & Young ("EY") for 8 years until his retirement in January 2015. He joined EY in 1976 and was a partner for 26 years. Throughout his tenure at EY, Mr. Ferraro held various leadership positions, including Americas Managing Partner/Vice Chair of Client Services and Global Vice Chair of Audit. In addition, Mr. Ferraro served as a member of EY's Global Executive board for more than 12 years. Mr. Ferraro also serves as a director of Advance Auto Parts Inc., International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. and is the Chair of the Marquette University Board of Trustees.

William P Gipson

Mr. Gipson currently serves as a member of the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. William P Gipson joined P&G in 1985 and held a number of global leadership positions in transformation and innovation within R&D in Asia and the Americas. In his last role as President, Enterprise Packaging Transformation, Gipson reported to the CEO, leading end-to-end value creation across all businesses and regions, including supply chain transformation, digital, and bricks and mortar channel readiness. In addition to other executive roles, Gipson concurrently served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for eight years until his retirement from P&G in 2019.   Gipson serves on numerous not-for-profit boards, including the Executive Leadership Council, CityLink and STEM Pathway to MBA and previously served on the Board of the United Negro College Fund and the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering.

Patricia A. Hemingway Hall

Ms. Hemingway Hall currently serves as Chair of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. She is the retired CEO and President of Health Care Service Corporation, which operates Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, the fourth largest health insurance company in the United States, serving over 13 million members. Previously, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations. She also serves as a director of Cardinal Health and Halliburton. Ms. Hemingway Hall has been named one of Crain's Chicago Business magazine's Top 25 Women to Watch and one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care by Modern Healthcare Magazine.

Ms. Howard currently serves as a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and is also a member of the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Riveron Consulting, LLC, a business advisory firm specializing in accounting, finance, technology, and operations. Prior thereto, she was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Navigant Consulting, Inc. Ms. Howard also serves on the Board of Sleep Number Corporation. Ms. Howard also serves on the Medical Center Board of Lurie Children's Hospital, and is a member of the Council of Economic Advisors for Cook County, the Economic Club and the Commercial Club of Chicago. She is a champion of women's leadership development and a founding member of the Women's Leadership and Mentoring Alliance.

Mr. Payne currently serves as a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. In his current role as president and managing member of Addison-Clifton, LLC, a leader in providing global trade compliance advisory services, Mr. Payne helps companies find solutions for the increasingly complex challenges facing global importers, exporters and supply-chain service providers. From 1998-2002 he was a partner in the Milwaukee office of the law firm Foley & Lardner, where he served as chair of the firm's International Business Team where he represented global and domestic companies in cross-border transactions. Prior to that he served as Managing Partner of the firm's Milwaukee office. Mr. Payne holds a doctorate degree in law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University. He also serves on the boards of WEC Energy Group (formerly Wisconsin Energy Corporation) and Foot Locker, Inc.

Jonas Prising was named ManpowerGroup Chairman in December of 2015 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in May of 2014. He leads all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s business in 80 countries and territories worldwide. Prior to being elected CEO, Prising served as ManpowerGroup President from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s $20 billion operations in the Americas and Southern Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions businesses. Prising joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and has also served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of Manpower Global Accounts — Europe, Middle East and Africa; President of North America; and President of the Americas.

A recognized expert on the labor market and world of work trends, Prising regularly speaks at conferences and summits globally, and provides commentary on jobs and employment trends for media. He is actively engaged in the World Economic Forum, including as a Steward of the Future of Education, Gender and Work Global System; Co-Chair of the Regional Business Council on Europe and CEO Champion of the Digital Transformation Initiative.

Before joining ManpowerGroup, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. During his 10-year tenure with Electrolux, he held various international positions within the consumer goods and business-to-business divisions, including regional manager for Asia Pacific, managing director of Sales Companies in France and the United Kingdom, and finally head of Global Sales and Marketing for one of its business-to-business divisions.

Prising is passionate about preparing the workforce of tomorrow. He is Vice Chairman of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide and is a former Chairman of the Board and a current board member of Junior Achievement (JA) USA. In addition, he serves as a co-chair of Innovation in Milwaukee, an organization focused on supporting entrepreneurial leadership and is a member of the board of directors of the Kohl's Corporation.

Prising holds an MBA (equivalent) from the Stockholm School of Economics and has participated in executive programs at Harvard, INSEAD, Stanford and Yale. He speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian and has lived in nine countries across Asia, Europe and North America. Prising and his family reside in the Milwaukee area.

He is the former president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 technology distributor and supply-chain services provider. Prior to taking on this role, he served on Ingram Micro’s board of directors and was chief financial officer and executive vice president of Flextronics Inc. Mr. Read’s financial management and operations background included increasingly important operational roles at Flextronics where he led many critical initiatives, including leading the integration of the acquisition of Solectron. Prior to joining Flextronics in 1995, Mr. Read held various senior financial positions in the UK with Allied Steel and Wire, STI Telecommunications and Associated British Foods. He graduated from the University of Wales as a Chartered Management Accountant.
